Risk

Money needs to work – that's our conviction. We wouldn't go so far as to claim we've developed a new asset class, but our investment process, through our algorithms, offers higher returns with lower volatility than comparable investments in other asset classes. Although our investments are highly protected through our diversification and insurance processes, every investment carries a certain degree of risk, so our investors rightly ask: What happens to my money if a company pays back late or not at all? To address this, we've implemented several safeguards.

Safety comes first.

Companies wishing to use our services undergo a rigorous risk assessment. We have established strict criteria from the outset to prevent disreputable companies from misusing our services. These include factors such as compliance with certain minimum legal requirements, at least several years of business experience, and a stable and reliable customer base. Furthermore, we review dozens of financial data points from various sources, as well as the repayment terms recorded with us, all of which are evaluated in a Finyoz-internal risk matrix.

Once the underlying invoice has been submitted by a company and confirmed by the debtor, it is insured with mandatory trade credit insurance. Our allocation algorithm spreads your investment across many companies within your chosen term, allowing us to diversify the risk of your investment. Should one particular company default on its repayment obligations, there are still many other companies that will.

A company never receives the full financing amount upfront; instead, a security deposit is held until the borrower has paid the full invoice amount to Finyoz. Only once we have received the borrower's payment do we release the security deposit as a disbursement to the company.

Should a debtor fail to make payment, both the insurance coverage and the deposit will be paid out to you, thus protecting your original investment to the full extent.
